Workmanship Warranty

WrappedByKool offers a six-month workmanship warranty covering qualifying installation-related issues. Material defects, collision damage, improper care, environmental damage, pre-existing paint problems, and damage caused by third parties may not be covered. Final warranty terms should be reviewed at the time of service.

What this generally means

If an issue with your wrap, tint, or graphics is caused by the installation itself — for example, an edge that fails under normal use within the warranty period — bring the vehicle in and we'll assess and address it.

What's typically not covered

• Defects in the film itself (these fall under the film manufacturer's own policies)
• Collision, road, or impact damage
• Damage from improper washing, pressure washers at close range, or harsh chemicals
• Environmental damage such as extended unprotected sun exposure, sap, or contaminants left on the surface
• Pre-existing paint problems, including repainted or damaged panels flagged before installation
• Damage caused by third parties
